Our guide will wait for you at your hotel (applicable for hotels in Old quarter area only). Firstly, try our “Banh goi” – Pillow cake or “Banh cuon” – Roll Cake as one of the most favourite dishes. After that, walking to a traditional coffee shop where you can find an unique coffee named “Egg coffee” - or ca phe trung - a blend of coffee and egg whites, folded with sugar while enjoying a beautiful view of Hoan Kiem Lake. One of the iconic dishes in Hanoi, Bun Cha is one of our favourite of all street foods in Vietnam. What’s not to love? It’s got two types of pork, a smoking hot grill, a tangy fish sauce dip, tons of fresh veggies and noodles. Now, may be you guys might feel a little bit full. We will take a short visit to the oldest house in Hanoi at 87 Ma May street which was built at the late of the 20th century, is quite intact with typical architecture of ancient houses and have a chance to know more about how ancient Hanoian lived. Next, “Banh mi” is a combination of bread with various ingredients such as pâté, meatballs, grilled pork, chilli or mayonnaise. You can choose your meats, toppings and condiments as you prefer. Finish your street tour day by a cup/bowl of sweet soup. There are many kind of sweet soups that you can be chosen such as: banana sweet soup, sweet potato sweet soup , corn sweet soup… with very good smell. End of tour
